I get it. Busy working mom with no time for herself, no support, and lost on how to lose the weight and feel confident again.
You turn 40 and think...damn, I need to figure this out.
After failing many times, I discovered that the only way to lose the weight and keep it off forever was to:

My journey was from 200 to 130. Yes...70 pounds lost.
Now I'm on a mission to help you do the same. Whether it's 10 pounds or 100 pounds, my simple nutrition approach with the accountability you need...works.
I work out hard 3 days a week. As a busy working mom, time is limited and cooking food the entire family enjoys is critical. I had gained and lost the 5-10 pounds for years. After 3-months, it's gone and now we are working on maintenance and showing more definition!
So thankful I signed up! I learned so much about food that I didn't know. My entire pantry is different. I've lose 42 pounds and 12% body fat and still dropping! It's the most energetic, confident, and healthy I've ever felt.
